Hmm, maaaaybe? Here's my worry with this: to me, Wuthering Heights IS NOT a romance story. It is part of the Romantics (capital R), but it is not romantic. It's a story of control and obsession and it's depressing as fuck. It's about characters, and I hate most of them, and weirdly that's part of what makes it good.My fear is that this is going to present WH as romantic (lower-case R) and torrid and swoon-worthy, and I do not understand, nor can I condone, those who swoon to the ODB*, Heathcliff.Think I'll wait for the reviews to start rolling in...*Original Douche Bag.
